How do I start a custom shirt order?
Visit our design me a shirt page and fill out the form with details about your desired design, including the theme, colors, sizes, and any specific elements you’d like. Once submitted, we’ll follow up with the next steps.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
We don’t require a minimum order, but discounts are available for bulk orders of 12 shirts or more.
How much does your product cost?
Our custom shirts typically range from ₱289 up to ₱489 per shirt and ₱959 up to ₱1,499 for the hoodies, depending on factors such as design complexity, print placement, and garment type. Bulk orders may qualify for discounts, so feel free to reach out for a custom quote based on your group’s needs.
What is the initial payment for, and is it refundable?
To begin, we require a non-refundable initial payment of ₱250, covering the creation of your unique design. Don’t worry—this fee is deductible from the total purchase.
How long does it take to receive a design proof?
After submitting your order and initial payment, we’ll send you a digital proof within 2-3 business days. This proof will allow you to review and request revisions before finalizing the design.
Can I make changes to the design?
Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with the design, so we allow revisions to make sure it captures your vision. Just let us know the adjustments you’d like, and we’ll update the proof.
How do I complete my order once the design is approved?
Once you approve the design, we’ll send you a checkout link. You can choose to have each group member check out separately (ideal for members in different locations) or place a bulk order that will be shipped to a single address.
How long will it take to receive my custom shirts?
Once your order is confirmed, production and delivery take approximately 10 – 15 business days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Can I have my order shipped to different locations?
Yes! We have production warehouses in both the Philippines and the U.S., allowing friends and family to order the exact same design and have it shipped locally. For groups spread across different locations, we offer individual checkout options so each member can receive their shirt directly.
What if I have a large group or special event?
We love creating designs for groups of all sizes and events! Let us know your group’s details in the request form, and we’ll work with you to ensure each shirt tells your story.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom shirts?
Since custom shirts are made specifically for your group, they’re non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if there are any issues with the final product, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
